As I reflect on my life and all that I've been through I embrace the fact that regardless of my struggles I chose to become someone that live productively. This path certainly is not easy, the process is slow and each step demands patience. Character building is fundamental to my life and my behavior, I see the universe as being inter connected meaning at some point all things are related.
Physical health is a reflection of mental health, diet is a very important factor in spiritual wellness. The lessons in the universe are plentiful and so great that every human being have a lifetime to engage in higher levels of the learning experience. While many don't make the choice I also understand the power of social engineering which is utilizing mechanisms to influence and shape how people see things. Social engineering should not be taken lightly, many people see life on the basis of what they see and hear over the news, movies, TV shows, music, and information acquired by institutions.
A person can make a decision based on ignorance or based on being informed, most decisions today are based on not knowing or the belief of knowing from the information available to them. This indeed is critical because decisions we make don't just affect us, it has consequences for many people which is why we can't simply separate ourselves from the problems around us that some may feel have nothing to do with us as individuals.
Choosing to change should encompass the understanding of being open and understanding the fundamental law to knowledge is to know that we know nothing in comparison to the secrets and dimensions of the universe. I chose to change from being someone who spent a great deal of time being intoxicated and hanging around intoxicated people to becoming a vegan that spend my time with individuals educated in farming, building, youth work, birth work services and other progressive activities. I've learned a lot on this path and there's tons more for me to learn on this journey. My life will be spent informing others in need that there's many things to choose besides what they're presented in general society. A great example of social engineering is Edward Bernays, Click here to read and read the portion entitled "techniques".
